At Versatta Kilts, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your kilt and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your kilt, we will process your refund or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
